The data did not live in one place.
Health lived in separate tools and in command output. A team could see one symptom and still miss the connection, or miss that a feed had stopped.
Normalise the feeds, then show the gaps.
AIX, Linux, SAN and network sources are lined up as metrics, inventory and configuration. A missing feed is treated as a finding, not an empty chart.
