Delays in receiving required information or approvals may affect the schedule.

Unless otherwise stated, the content and original materials on this website are owned by or licensed to Obed Johnson and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. That includes design, writing, code examples, graphics, branding and case studies.

Ownership of work produced for a client is set by the project agreement. Third-party technologies, fonts, libraries and open-source software remain under their own licences.

Unless confidentiality obligations or a separate agreement prevent it, completed work may be referenced in a portfolio or description of past experience.

Confidential information, private source code, trade secrets or restricted client information will not be published without permission.

Projects may depend on third-party products such as hosting, APIs, payments, analytics, cloud infrastructure or other software.

I am not responsible for outages, pricing changes, discontinued services or failures caused solely by those providers, outside reasonable control.

I aim to keep this website accessible and accurate. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. It may be unavailable for maintenance, hosting issues, updates or circumstances outside reasonable control.
