This is a company site or a product site. Pages that explain what you do, load quickly, and can take another page later without a new design. The homepage is the easy part. The test is the service page, the case study, or the piece of writing someone adds a few months on.

Most of this work is Next.js, etc., when the site has to stay fast and some pages behave like an application. I use WordPress when your team needs to edit the pages themselves. The choice is about who changes it next, not which tool is newer. Nexven Labs and BlueEco Solutions were different companies with that same need: a site that keeps explaining the work after the first page.
